Synopsis
When poverty and illness push her family to the brink, 12-year-old Adjokê is entrusted with one sacred task: keep her lantern burning. But after she and her friends are imprisoned by a cruel tormentor determined to extinguish their light, Adjokê must draw on the spiritual wisdom of her grandmother. Guided from beyond, she transforms fear into courage and rises as a symbol of resistance, hope, and freedom.
