Synopsis
Shadows and Light follows Taban Patrick Consantino, a South Sudanese Jesuit priest and filmmaker shaped by war, exile, and nineteen years in an Ugandan refugee settlement. Through intimate reflection, cinéma vérité, and poetic imagery, Taban returns to the people, places, and memories that formed him—revealing how family, faith, and education transformed displacement into purpose.
