Synopsis
Set against Nairobi's volatile influencer culture, Helter Skelter follows Jenna, a rising lifestyle creator whose carefully curated world collapses when an anonymous woman claims to be having an affair with her image-conscious boyfriend. What begins as digital manipulation soon spills into the real world, exposing a disturbing collision between obsession, performance, and truth in the age of social media.
